My wife’s favourite thing about the hotel was the hair salon: Hair Culture. Her words: “Just to visit Jessica’ salon would be worth going to KL. She gave me a head massage that was as relaxing as a full body massage… Her technique and knowledge was really impressive; I am absolutely in love with my colour and new haircut”

The Brand is solid. They do know a thing or two about running a hotel business. It’s a slick operation. The apartment we had was spacious and comfortable. Beds were superb in terms of comfort and air conditioning was faultless. The hotel has a nice pool to chill out by. It is close to Petronas Towers (worth a visit) - but book those well in advance if you want to visit. Perhaps a couple of weeks in advance. KLCC Mall next doors offers the convenience of a supermarket and a multitude of coffee bars. For transport one should download GRAB application which is perfect for accessing anywhere in town.

The service was amazing, staff were really attentive, kind, and went out of their way to make us feel looked after. We arrived after a 12 hour flight and 1.5 hour taxi ride exhausted, and they gave us an early check-in and bags brought straight up for us. We are so appreciative of this as it made a massive difference to our stay/experience. Everything from the way the cleaning was carried out, to small things like providing adapters in the room was thoughtful, making the experience ever more pleasant everytime we found something new. Couldn't help but to take a picture of how the cleaning crew arranged our messy toiletries as an example of how impeccably everything was. Plenty of drinking water in glass bottles in the room alongside expected coffee and tea options. Lovely surprises such as chocolate delivered to us by their amazing staff. Bed was big and comfortable - they provided a long list of available pillow types as well! No noise from other rooms so great soundproofing. Breakfast was lush and the spread was great. Only thing I can think could be improved upon was the rendang being a bit tough and the croissants a bit soft but that's me being picky. I will definitely be back after such a wonderful experience. Room sevice food was the best I have ever tasted - especially the mushroom soup. This was deliverd in a very speedy and friendly manner. Breakfast was a delight with friendly and attentive staff who clearly enjoy their work. The food was excellent with a massive chioce of freshly prepaired dishes created by very friendly chefs. All the resteraunts are to a very high standard and the staff throgout the hotel could not have been more helpful. We are looking forward to our vist next year.

The hotel was just beautifully decorated and so was the room. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It's the attention to detail like leaving a bookmark on my books, tying up my power leads, sending up the luggage weighing machine to my room. It felt very special to stay there! It was very easy access to the large shopping mall, Suria KLCC. It felt good to be there at the hotel, luxurious, friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
